By registering on, using and ordering the Rotiboy E-Commerce platform, the customer hereby accepts and comply with the terms and conditions of the Rotiboy E-Commerce site including the various Policies governing the Ordering, Delivery, Pick Up, Changes and Cancellation Policies.
A. PRE ORDER & PAYMENT POLICY
Online Pre Order is available for advance booking up to 5 days in advance.
All Pre Orders will only be processed when payment is made and received in our account.
Pre Order booking for a particular pickup date will close at 8PM on the day before the pickup date or when buns are fully booked, whichever is earlier.
B. PRE ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All orders are final and non-refundable. No cancellation are allowed once orders are confirmed.
Rotiboy will keep the buns for a maximum of 60 mins after the appointed Pick Up time, after which the buns may no longer be available for collection.
Any orders that is not picked up after 60 mins of the appointed pick up time is considered cancelled.
C. PRE ORDER CHANGES AND REFUND POLICY
All changes must be requested by Whats Apps us on the outlet Careline as stated in your confirmation receipt before 3PM one day before the pickup date.
Requests for changes are subject to product availability and time slots.
Any orders made after 3PM for next day pick up can no longer be modified or changed and will not be refunded if not picked up by customer.
Any orders made for same day pick up can no longer be modified or changed and will not be refunded if not picked up by customer.
D. RETURN POLICY
As all our products are perishable products with short shelf life and is also vulnerable to mishandling, the products CANNOT be returned under any circumstances.
Rotiboy reserves the right to handle each order on a case to case basis.
