A2. Register or login.
A3. Select Pre Order.
A4. Choose Outlet to Pick up from.
A5. Select preferred Pick Up time.
A6. Select your products & Add to cart.
A7. Select Cart, Confirm you selection, Pick Up time and outlet. Read the Terms & Conditions and select Check out.
A8. Confirm you have read the T&C and Data Privacy Statement.
A9. Make payment through Enets QR.
A10. If you are using computer, scan QR with your mobile and make payment.
B. Checking your order
B1. Login to your account and click on Order Tracking.
B2. Click View to display your order information.
C. Why can’t i choose the date and time i want?
C1. It means that the buns allocated for that date and time is already fully booked.
D. Why is it when I select the date and time but the menu did not display the bun type that i want.
D1. It means that that particular bun type is fully sold out for the day.
E. Why is it that I cannot choose the quantity I want for the bun type I want.
E1. It means that the quantity available is less than the quantity you want.
F. Can I cancel my order after making payment?
F1. All orders are final and non-refundable. No cancellation are allowed once orders are confirmed.
F2. Rotiboy will keep the buns for a maximum of 60 mins after the appointed Pick Up time, after which the buns may no longer be available for collection.
F3. Any orders that is not picked up after 60 mins of the appointed pick up time is considered cancelled.
G. Can I amend my order details?
G1. All changes must be requested by messaging us on our Live Chat before 3PM one day before the pickup date.
G2. Requests for changes are subject to product availability and time slots.
G3. Any orders made after 3PM for next day pick up can no longer be modified or changed and will not be refunded if not picked up by customer.
G4. Any orders made for same day pick up can no longer be modified or changed and will not be refunded if not picked up by customer.
